I usually avoid posting pictures like this, but I’m really pleased with my progress and felt like sharing it. I’ve been working hard lately to put on more muscle, especially in my abs. My results are exclusively from yoga, consuming a diet high in protein from plant sources and the occasional kettlebell workout.
My goal for August is to keep all my meals clean (unfortunately that means no beer and vegan pizza… so sad!) in hopes of working these little dudes towards the surface… Six pack abs my September? Here’s hoping!
