1. Almost raw tacos. Filling of sliced cherry tomatoes, chopped red cabbage, yellow bell pepper and a handful of kidney beans. Tossed with fresh OJ, garlic, homegrown green onion and pepper. Romaine leaves for stuffing. All organic, gluten-free and vegan, and from start to finish took me less that 5 minutes to make.
