1. Yesterday I brought collard wraps stuffed with homemade chickpea “tuna” salad with me to the park. I always put tons of good stuff in my chickpea salad; Veganase, spicy mustard, chopped sweet pickles, celery, hemp seeds, herbs, etc… If people are interested I’ll share the full recipe soon.
