  2. First time trying this stuff and OMG!!! It’s so good. All healthful ingredients, tons of probiotics. For my fermented beverage newbs I’d describe it as to kombucha what Mike’s Hard Lemonade is to beer, flavor wise.

  4. So, these exist…

     
  5. Almond Butter and Jelly Bowl. Puffed organic millet topped with banana slices, cinnamon smashed strawberries and raw almond butter.

     
  6. Roasted sweet potato slices, Field Roast sausages, fresh herb avocado mash and homemade spicy ketchup.

     

  7. Currently cooking:

    - 6 cups of gf mulberry granola
    - spicy homemade ketchup

Looks can be deceiving, this dessert is both super delicious and really good for your body. | Chia Seed Pudding : 2 - 3 tbsp chia seeds, 1 c milk alternative (rice, oat and almond are my favorite), optional: cinnamon and / or organic sweetener of choice. Combine ingredients and refrigerate for at least an hour. | Mango Topping: 1/4 c thawed frozen mango mashed with cinnamon.

     
  9. Molasses, cinnamon, oats, garbanzo bean flour, fava bean flour, tapioca starch, summer fruit (local apples and pluots I preserved last year), flax, coconut sugar, coconut oil and some other stuff I’m forgetting right now.

     
  10. PB chocolate chunk cookies and coffee for brunch. Muffins in the oven, soup on the stove… so many lovely smells to enjoy this morning!

     
  11. Early breakfast before a long work day: brown rice farina (nope, not sick of it yet) cooked with PB and cinnamon, topped with sliced banana, oat milk, choc chips and flax.

     
  12. Today’s breakfast was inspired by those “whack & unwrap” chocolate oranges I was so fond of as a kid: farina cooked with coconut sugar, cacao powder and 3 Citrus Marmalade. Topped with more marmalade, almond milk and shaved chocolate.

     
  13. Uplifting, brightly flavored and made by a dear friend of mine, this 3 Citrus Marmalade was the perfect addition to my brown rice farina this morning.

     
  14. Decimated my legs in the gym today so I’ve earned every bit of this MASSIVE bowl of food: 24oz homemade chili + 2 whole zucchini squash and 1 cup of broccoli steamed, topped with diced red onion, cilantro, salsa, @daiyafoods cheddar shreds and smashed organic corn chips. Followed by baked apples for dessert. Gotta eat to grow! :)
