Vegan Butterbeer exists
Had what I’d consider a “cheat meal” for dinner last night, because I’m human and occasionally crave cooked, high “good” fat comfort foods: toasted organic seeded bread with melted coconut butter and garlic, a bowl of brown sugar baked beans and a whole avocado topped with hot sauce. My belly was happy.
hi eliza! i'm looking into having a very mini garden on my balcony. i'd like to grow some edible things, like herbs. do you have any recommendations for easy to maintain, good at growing together in the same pot plants? :) thanks! you da best! :D
Mint, parsley, basil and rosemary are wonderful options! Although if possible I’d plant them each in their own pot or planter so they don’t compete for root space.

Growing 3 kinds of mint. Candy mint, pineapple mint and spearmint.
I have no excuses not to eat healthy when synergistic food combinations like this are so easy to throw together and super satisfying. Poked a hole in my lemon with my pocket knife and squeezed it over individual red lettuce leaves. Salad on the road, bro!
Raw green pea salad dressing
1/2 cup of green peas
Blend in a food processor until smooth.
Keeps in the fridge up to 5 days. Toss with chopped greens for an amazingly vibrant salad, so creamy and tart! xx
